Refunds and returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item/s you have received you are welcome to return it to us straight away for a full refund. We put all our energy to make sure you have a wonderful experience buying from us but occasionally you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.The evaluatory period for the returning of goods to us is fourteen days from receipt of the said items. (This only applies if the item/s is returned in exactly the same merchantable condition as it was supplied).We will refund your return costs on receipt of the item returned to us and we will process the payment usualy by bank transfer. For refunds we normaly do it by the same method you used to make the original payment to us.

Refunds and returns for Wines
If you are not 100% satisfied with the wines you have received you are welcome to return it to us straight away for a full refund. The evaluator period for the returning of the wines to us is 7 days from receipt of delivery and that will qualify you for a full refund. (This only applies if the wines are returned in exactly the same merchantable condition as it was supplied). You will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfying your order seven days after collection/delivery, and thereafter will not be entitled to reject wines for any reason. In the unlikely event that a wine ordered and paid for online is unavailable, we will immediately refund any payment made in respect of the wine. Our liability in this case will be limited to refunding any sums paid to us. Please remember that the cost of return postage is not our responsibility when returning wines.. All wines are insured during transit when they are sent to you. It remains your responsibility to arrange suitable cover under your own insurance for the said wines if returning it at all times.
